Careers and Employability
We offer young people access to work experience and employment. Building skills, opening doors and creating opportunities.
Our engagement activities focus on getting to know the young people we work with and reaching out to participants who are currently struggling socially, emotionally, financially or, in some cases, are involved in anti-social behaviour. After four to six months of engaging with them, we strategically select and support individuals to access employment opportunities by creating an individualised pathway based on their needs, interests, wishes and skillset.
Young people can also access free, fun, engaging workshops deliver key skills, messages, education and guidance to young people in the community. We continue to build their skills and shape young lives.
