URBOND Representative meets the British Ambassador in the Republic of Guinea

On Thursday 1st April URBOND met with DAVID McILROY (British Ambassador in the Republic of Guinea) to discuss the URBOND Child Education Programme and its work to address key issues and improve access to primary education.

During the meeting, we discussed the first ever URBOND volunteer trip to the Republic of Guinea, with 15 dedicated volunteers traveling in October 2021 to build a library and computer room, which will benefit 700+ children each year. David thanked URBOND for their amazing work in the Republic of Guinea and is very pleased to have a British based charity onboard, helping them support children in need both now and in the future.

Get involved, together we can achieve great things.
