I now feel a lot stronger, fitter and healthier and have met people with whom I can be active.
“When I originally signed up for the Tough Mudder (May 2019) I had no idea what I was getting myself into. I only knew that it was for a cause I truly believe in and feel passionate about (free education for all); I was also at a point in life when I needed to channel my energy and focus towards something positive and healthy. I would spend the next 4 months training through different sports and activities (badminton, tennis, volleyball, aqua gym, cycling, and hiking). I must say that these last 4 months have been the most physically intense months of my life and the results are something I am very proud of.”
